They are both very strong women, they may use their disadvantage to gain some ground...but compared to the other teams they are always at a disadvantage....so everytime they make it to the finish line before other teams...they have worked that much harder to get there.....

I agree with MeanLaureen and Pam Charla is doing all the road blocks and Mirna always has an excuse why she can't.
When Charla was eating the cavier I couldn't believe how close the camera got to her face, I was gagging.

Did you see how fast the bowling mom woofed down the cavier, unless the show made it seem that way.

One more thing, did I hear this right, Charla said she is a lawyer?

I can't stand Mirna! I thought the way she interrupted Colin at the train station was just rude - it was equivalent to pushing him over & breaking in line. The other team got there first - wait your turn. I also hate, hate, hate the way she insists on hugging Phil at every pit stop.

I do wish they would make a rule that you are only allowed to buy airline (bus...) tickets for your own team and that you are only allowed to hold one set of tickets at a time.

Doesn't a food challenge like last night's automatically favor the men, though? I think it would be easier for a man to eat two pounds of anything over a smaller woman. I also wonder if anyone of the cavier eaters got sick later in the night. I know I could never have slept after eating so much of that stuff.

I did think it was once of the best episodes ever!

Did anyone else think the Vodka last night was not really Vodka? The reason I say this is because not one of them chocked or coughed after gulping it down. You would think someone would have, especially if it was Russian Vodka

That cracked me up. Seemed like too much of a set up to me, but it was definitely funny.

I was amazed that everyone seemed to do the vodka challenge in one shot. I was picturing a lot of people dropping the glass, and having to start over, and then staggering out of there after a few shots.

Mirna & Charla jumped a line once before, and now that someone else did it to them, they're criminals? Mirna just annoys the everloving stuffing outta me - figures she's a lawyer.

Last night was an excellent episode! I also think they don't show everything that Mirna/Schmirna is doing to annoy everyone. She annoys me and they are only showing a little bit of her each leg of the race. Could you imagine that 24/7?

I also love that Brandon had to set a good example by not drinking vodka. I guess Jesus was a bad example because he drank wine?

Yep, she's a lawyer.

If you look at the CBS website, there's video where's she makes a complete *** out of herself in the airport while they were trying to get to Patagonia. She had put some of their bags in line and then left. Eventually Bob (the Internet guy) moved them out of the way.

So Mirna showed up and went through the roof. She called Bob disgusting, threatened to call security on him, played the lawyer card, etc. All because he didn't think her bags deserved to hold her place in line. She really is disgusting. I wish they'd showed that piece on the show. Everyone would know why their team is so despised.

Yep, Mirna is a trip isn't she? She showed her TRUE TRUE Colors last night, I am hoping Charla wins and gets ALL the money, she did ALL the hard work! We all know that won't happen though. Loved it when Chip came in and woofed down the Cavier like it was nothing! I probably could have eaten it, but, would have taken me longer, and I would have ENJOYED it! As far as the one girl almost "passing out" she could have been allergic to that type of "gourmet food" or she just wasn't used to eating that much. I am wondering too, if any of them up-chucked afterwords.

Last night's episode was good. Did anyone else notice that the hockey players were taking it easy on their slapshots toward Charla/Mirna. The crushed shots at the others.

Aslo, what the heck happened to the YIELDS?? I would hve figured that Mirna would have PO'ed enough people to have someone have used it on her already. Are they on every stage of the race??

I am wondering the same thing about the yeilds. I hope someone uses it on the cousins soon!

I would have loved to have done the Hockey blocking. That would be a blast, but DH said the same thing as the previous poster. They arent shooting the pucks that hard.

I am allergic to seafood, but I asked DH if he thought he would have eaten 2.2lbs of cavier. He said he thinks he would have gotten sick.

I bet some of them threw up after eating all of that! A few of them looked like they might at the restaurant. I thought Colin was mean to Christie when the other teams showed up- you could tell he was annoyed at her. Brandon on the other hand was getting Nicole tea, letting her lay down without freaking out, etc..

I am sorry to hear Mirna (sp?) is a jerk on the web site. Why are they not showing us those clips? Do you think they win and they don't want everyone to hate them? They are sure making the brothers look bad. I would be embarrased to go back to my real life after the way they have spoken to others, etc.. When did C/M jump a line before? I missed that. I think it was great how Charla did not complain once about the cavier while ALL the other women (except the bolwing moms) were crying and shaking. I think she is the strongest women there.

I went to CBS website to see what the Yield was about or if I was actually imagining it. Yep, I found it in the first episode.

Each team can only use it once, but I think you have to find it to use it.

Did they eliminate the Fast Forward Pass?

I want MORE Charla/Mirna footage. I'm trying to figure out why everyone hates them so much. The way it looks now, it just seems like people are being mean to them. Yes, they tried to cut, but most of the teams have done something to bother other people. Right now, I just love Charla. You have to give that girl credit. They truly are at a disadvantage for the mere fact that Charla can't run as fast as any of them, no matter how hard she could try. If it ever came down to a foot race to the finish line, they'd be out for sure.

How awesome was it that each team had hockey uniforms in the proper size waiting for them in Russia? And did you notice that each jersey had the person's name engraved on the back? The advance people that set all this up are really something!

I am so glad that Chip and Kim won last night. For some reason they have been my favorites since the first night.

I couldn't stop laughing when the Mirna and Schmirna comments were made. I get so tired of their whine of we don't need anyone. Then stop saying it like you expect someone to help you.

So do you think the Amazing Race folks had parkas and hats and gloves for everyone when they landed in Russia. Boy did it look cold.

I wish she HAD called security. In these uncertain days, leaving your bags unattended is VERY stupid. In fact, I wish one of the other teams had called security about the "suspicious bags" that were left unattended. Now THAT would have been a scene!

Any mean lawyer comments are made because I work in a law office. Most are nice, but there are some that take the cake.

OMG that would have been so funny if their bags had been confiscated and ripped to shreds by airport security..lol Leaving your bags in line like that and walking off in the USA wouldn't have lasted 3 minutes..lol

It also ticks me off when Mirna keeps yelling for Charla to hurry up and run faster - poor Charla is running as fast as she can!
