It says that the image could be from any time in the past three years. Maybe it was during a dry dock period from one of the ships? I was wondering the same thing.
my first though was - pic was taken between 9am and 10:30.
BUT ... if / since this pic was taken after August 1999 there should be at least one ship full of cars in the parking lot!!
Third thought that goes with those that think it was taken while one of the ships is in Drydock - that works - especially if the time was in the 9am to 10:30 am time frame.
But do you think they actually dry dock right there in Port Canaveral? If so, it have to be a short dry dock or where would the other ship go to embark/disembark?
They usually dry dock in, I think it is, Norfolk Navy yard in Virginia.
But they do come to PC to unload the last cruise of guests and pick up supplies prior to their sailing to the drydock shipyard so that could why the lot is empty.
