Okay - time to get honest, my size 12 jeans are TIGHT!
I need to get back on the wagon and big time. Yesterday I did better, but not great. I got in my 8 glasses of water which was essential. Normally I would wait until Monday to get back into the swing of it all, but I've decided that there is no time like the present.
My weekend is not super busy. My Dad is coming over today, I need to do some light housework, go to the DMV to get my license renewed
, and find a birthday gift for my Mom. Tomorrow my Mom is coming over for her birthday. I've decided the meals I'm going to cook will be super easy. Tonight is one of Rachel Ray's 30 minute or less meals, and tomorrow I am doing ham in a crockpot.
Exercise will be sporatic. I'll try to get in a brisk walk tomorrow before my family arrives. I'm thinking just a mile should be enough.
