I AM WAYYYYYYYY too excited about our upcoming trip. We aren't going until September 21st and I am jumping out of my skin about it!!!!:Pinkbounc

I wish I could get DH excited too. He is just a stick in the mud about things like this but willing to go along for me!

Does anyone else feel that they should be medicated due to complete HyStErIa????????

I cannot stop obsessing about this and I can't sleep. Luckily I work nights! LOL Am I losing my mind or is this normal pre-Disney hysterics???

That's a normal Disney reaction for me I think.
Already I'm re-polishing my shoes getting ready to do the "Double Digit Dance".(I started polishing about 100 days ago....)

 :Pinkbounc :bounce: :earseek:

Me too!!!

I am obsessed with our upcoming vacation. We are leaving next Sunday and arriving at WDW on Monday. Everyday I am telling DH something new I found out here on the awesome site.

I am always talking and planning and dreaming. I have the kids all excited too! I bought them a "Kids Braums Book" about WDW and they are reading up on everything.

DH thinks I am crazy and totally addicted to these boards. He keeps making fun of me and says that Disney is really behind all this and they are brainwashing me. LOL

He says he is going to find an anti-Disney board to counter my obsession. I told him that he bursts my bubble before our vactions I'll kick him out of the trip and find a replacement real fast!

So please feel comfortable and welcome here among us other Disney-crazed folks.

I am going on honeymoon in only 10 days now and am completely beside myself with excitement!!!!!!!!!! Some say it's not natural, but I love it!!!!!!!!!!!

Love verity.xxxxxxxxxxx

I dont think you can ever get too excited about going to WDW.

NO it's not out of the ordinary. I just got back from my honeymoon and now planning another trip for Thanksgiving 2004. I get so excited and love planning these trips. This was my 4th, 1st for DH. I posted a trip report on the report board. I feel like this helps since now I'm in a "do I really have to be back at home & work" lull after having a very wonderful and exciting trip. Got my pictures back today. I'll just have to use them & the video to relive the memories until the next trip. Have a wonderful time on your vacation to WDW and stay excited about it!!!:bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

Perfectly normal in these parts.:D

I posted a thread just like this one last week. It appears there are lots of us jumping out of our skin. That might be a bio-hazard.;)

I don't think there is such a thing as being too excited for Disney!

I too and going crazy, and I have 7 months left. Hubby2b isn't as excited, but this is his first trip so he just doesn't understand the magic yet. ;)

:D I am very excited as the days are now in theteens til I leave!!! Today's obsession (I swear I find one every day) is the Fantasmic Dinner Package: to do or not to do. Anyone have any input?

I am in the same boat as you..except my husband is so excited to go, no having to drag him along, it's his favorite place! LOL We leave Sept 20th and it cannot get here soon enough!!!!!!!!!!!!

Count me in this obsessed group who cannot think right .other than about our soon to be vacations...This is our 14th trip in 17 years and the anticipation is stronger now than ever, gets worse each trip..

At work I sneak reading my guidebooks (I could write the things but love to read them anyway) and find my mind wandering to packing and the trip during meetings...:):):)

My DH loves to go too and we spent the weekend talking about it and watching the DVD I just got in the mail.

Dear Blueberry,
I do the exact same thing with the guide books. My DH thinks I'm silly to keep reading them when I could write one too. But it is sooooo much fun getting prepared for the trip. School is starting soon, and I will be taking one along in my desk again this year!!!:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

This is our very first trip, and I'm so excited I don't even care that I've alienated all family and friends by talking nonstop about Disney! The thing that kills me is all of you people who have been so many times and are still sooo excited! Just makes me think Disney must be really, really magical!:bounce: :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :bounce: :Pinkbounc

You are completely normal, relax ~ we are all like you. I haven't slept properly since my countdown clock started at 225 days.

planning, planning... planning...

We are leaving this Saturday for WDW...that's only "5" days away!!! I was watching Oprah this afternoon with 3 year old dd and the girl on the show went to Disney World and I'm sitting there pointing at Cinderella's castle telling dd that's where we are going...and she's screaming with excitement and I'm actually crying, LOL!

I am SOOOO EXCITED!!!!! Taking family for first time, land and sea leaving sept17th....
I've been checking these boards sometimes a couple times a day, have read and re-read guide books for wdw and cruise (finished that one in 2 days). Have a binder full of compiled info, have a whole shelf of closet almost full of must take things....mister fans, Britta Bottles....things to do on airplane etc.....
DH thinks I'm CRAZED!!!! I'm more excited than 2DD's.
I keep telling DH all this great info & ideas I get from these boards he just says "o.k. thats nice"!!!!! I feel like grabbing him and saying "are you crazy this is great stuff"!!!!

I keep asking kids what do you want to do at wdw....they actually asked "Is there a ride there??? Can we ride it???"
They have NOOO idea what a suprise their in for....I can't wait to see their faces!!!!!
Have the camera ready.

I'm soo glad I can share my excitement with you folk....otherwise I think I would EXPLODE!!!

You can never be too excited. I have been planning my next trip since last December and I faithfully read these boards on a daily basis! To me, there is no such thing as too much excitement! I just can't wait until my next trip in December.

I haven't spent a day this year not being excited or planning something for our trip in October.

Our itinerary has been changed and changed and changed and I'm quite sure if I had another look at it this morning I could change it somemore. That is all the fun of Disney!!!!!

I'm excited as well it must be totally normal after all isn't Disney the best place in the world?

I've never been but have always wanted to go and now i am finally going in November and I am so excited. I find myself siging to myself 'I'm gonna go to disneyworld'.

This will be our first trip to the states (flying into NYC and staying with friends in New Jersey).

Just wait till you have the disney nightmares ( are these common people?)

I dreamt I had been to WDW and was leaving and was telling my friends no that can't be it I didn't see the castle where is the castle, you can see that castle for miles where is it.
