Am I totally crazy?

JetBlue is having a one day sale (today) and tickets from Portland to Long Beach are very reasonably priced. Am I crazy to want to go for a week at the end of June? We'd be down there June 21-28.

We were going to wait until next summer since there is so much construction and chaos. We just went last summer...but I just can't stay away and my husband is as big of a nut as I am so he's not being very discouraging.

I don't think you're crazy. But then again, we just started researching for a potential trip in August a couple of days ago and I'm ready to book today because I found great rates on Jet Blue from Seattle to Long Beach. I've been trying to convince myself all day to book it now!

The majority of the construction will be complete by June 28. The only thing that you may see still under construction is Carsland and the facade at the entrance of DCA.

The Dobies, who are currently very very very broke, thought the same thing.

We finally decided that it would be a contribution to science to go down this summer, when the construction was going on, and then go down next summer, to get a scientific comparison of how park construction impacts the happy good awesomeness of Disneyland.
