Am I the only one who does not like a particular Disney character?

Not a fan of Pooh! However, we love Tigger, Piglet and Eyeore.

My wife despises Eeyore. I guess because he's depressed and pessimistic.

I never understood Eeyore. what a sad sack he is!
I like the idea of Winnie the Pooh, I think he is adorable. But I hate how stupid he is and I always hated the cartoons, they made me depressed for some reason.

This Duffy craze just slays me...just seems like a way to make more money for Disney by "creating" a new character and making up a new story.

I can't stand Duffy and wish he'd go away. Just doesn't seem to fit for me. Perhaps I'm missing something.

Have to confess I still love the classic characters.

Characters that set my teeth on edge:

1. Stitch...sooooo friggin' obnoxious and EVERYWHERE. I hate him.

2. Tink...ever watch Peter Pan? Tink is a jealous, murderous witch.

3. Pocahontas...or as she's know around here, "Puke-ahontas".

4. ALL the Princesses...we just aren't into them at all.

5. Pooh...his name says it all. Fat. Lazy. Greedy. Mealy mouthed. Yuck.

I have to admit that Tink as well as all the princess stuff has no appeal for me, probably because I raised a boy.

DH and myself both are not into Pooh. Never have been, never will! Which is sad because I'd love to eat at CP but won't because it's all Pooh characters!

I'm not a fan of Tink (jealous and vengeful), Ariel (selfish!!), or Eeyore (lighten up, buddy!)... But, now that my kids love them, I like them a lot more!!

There are a lot of characters that are not my fave - Tink being at the top of the list, I just think she's overdone.

Winnie the Pooh-he's cute but, ugh. Eeyore-take some paxil. Lilo and Stitch-I don't get it?

Donald is my favorite-he is so genuine, also he and Goofy are just so human, I guess? They both do silly things, Goofy with the best intentions and Donald sometimes selfishly and with a temper.

So my top 5 are: Donald, Goofy, Pluto, Mickey and Ariel (she was the first princess I really fell in love with-the movie came out my freshmen year in high school and it's my fave followed closely by Belle).

But, that's what makes WDW and Disney so great-there is something for everyone!

I have to say if Nancy from "Summer Magic" (played by Hayley Mills) was a character at the parks I would follow her around all day-my favorite Disney movie of all time, closely followed by "The Parent Trap".

I love this thread, throwing hate at characters...

I dislike, but don't "hate"

Cinderella (Really, if your unhappy, why don't you just leave? Why just stay and be abused? Plus, the goody too shoes thing irritates me)

Ariel (bimbo with a fish tail, plus she disliked being a mermaid....REALLY?)

I like the other princesses though.

I don't like most of the *main* villians, but I think Gaston is funny and I love the Stepsisters, they are hilarious too.

I don't like Alice, because she spends the whole time whining. But I like all the other characters...

I guess you could say I like the obnoxious characters like Gaston, the Stepsisters and Stitch. They make me laugh.

I also really really like Shock, Lock & Barrel from NBC....see a theme

Can't stand Cars movie/characters. Can't believe they did Cars Land at DL, but am so thankful it isn't at WDW.

Hate Tink because my sister is so into her and acts just like her.

Sorry, but I love the Incredibles, and am still hopeful for a part 2.

Love Mickey, except while I'm sitting in Tomorrowland eating ice cream and his squeaky voice is looped over and over again with "ha ha, it's out of this world!".

Or have I not noticed it before? I'm a good old fashioned Mickey Mouse gal. The classic Disney characters appeal to me. Though I think Tink may be one... With the exception of Woody and Buzz I suppose. Is there anyone you're not fond of?

I am not fond of Lilo and Stich my favorite is Jiminy Cricket and can not find anything with him on it, have some nice art pieces but would like a shirt. and I to am over dosed on Princess.

I HATE Lilo and Stitch... never got that craze... As well I really dislike Toy Story... I don't necessarily hate it, I have seen all three movies but most of my friends go bananas over it and I do not understand that, the movies were stupid to me

You could be my DIStwin. I despise Tink. I've spent the last two months trying to find tank tops to wear for my September trip and everything has Tink or princesses. It's annoying. I just want tanks with Mickey and friends.

I might be in the minority, but I love most of the characters listed here.

The ones I don't like are Lotso, Cars, and the Incredibles. Toy Story is iffy for me, as I love most of the characters, but the movies really don't keep me interested. They're fun to meet in the parks though.
