This is what I am getting when I click on PASSHOLDERS:

Sorry, a system error has occurred. Please try back later.

I have this problem all the time. I wasn't able to get on there for the past several WEEKS, as a matter of fact. Last night I cleared my browser history, cleared my browser cache, cleared my cookies, set my browser to accept all cookies, cleared all saved passwords and auto-fill info.... and STILL wasn't able to get on, despite trying about thirty times. No joke. :headache: :headache: :headache:

However...

This morning, I just clicked, typed my info, and... voila! I got on. Now, that's the good news. :goodvibes

The bad news is that it appears that Disney hasn't updated the Passholder site yet to reflect the latest round of AP discounts that came out yesterday (or was it the day before?). :sad2:

I used to access the AP site all the time, with no problems. Then, about a year ago, it started acting all wonky.  Like I said, sometimes weeks/months go by when I can't get in there at all.

I probably haven't helped you (though you may want to try all the stuff I listed in the first paragraph), but at least you know you're not alone!! :dance3:

No, you're not the only one. I was able to get on last night and the new AP rates and dates were available. This morning, sorry, system error. Keep trying I guess.:flower3:

You're not the only one I haven't been able to get in for 2 days. Someone said they were updating the system for the new AP rates that they just released.:confused3
Could be anything......

I couldn't get on either, but used my kids' computer and it worked fine.

I was getting the system error last night as well. Went through cleared everything browsing history, cookies, etc... after that it worked fine.

I wasn't able to get on until I clear all cookies out, I tried getting on with IE(Internet explorer) and FF(firefox) once I clear them out I was able to get on.
I also was able to get on and see thru Florida passholder, I just put in zip code for florida and was able to see the rates, just so I could see what kind of rate that florida passholder get.

So try clearing out your cookies.

I couldn't get on all day yesterday or earlier today, but once I cleared the cookies and whatnot I was able to get on. My room is still at rack rate, but I was able to get on the site! :rotfl:

Okay I cant find my cookies folder in my computer ... I dont want to delete all my cookies because when I do I have to reinput all my stuff for other places....what a pain in the butt!!

I searched my computer for "cookies" and it is not bringing the correct folder up....any suggestions.

Its not fair that I cant get into the Passholder website without deleting ALL MY COOKIES!!!!

vellamint,
go to tools then to internet Options, then to general, then you will see Delete cookies.
you will find tools at the top of this page next to your favorites if you are using internet explorer.

Hi thanks ... yes but I only want to delete the WDW cookies and leave the others alone. In the past I have not had a problem doing that because I had my cookies folder dragged out to my desktop. That changed I guess when I had to reformat.....and now for some bizarre reason I cant find the folder to drag it out....

I have been able to log on to the passholder site and book reservations since the morning they were released.....until today.
This morning I clicked on the box to save my AP info (because I was tired of typing those numbers in every time) and I cannot get on. System Error! I tried at a different computer in my sons room and no problems getting on. Don't Click that box!!!!:scared1:

Nothings working for me either. Really bugs me. I tried clearing stuff, but to no avail...still getting the old 'system error' message.

No problem here. I was on last night and just on again this morning. Checking out the AP previews and new resort rates.

This is EXACTLY what happened to me! I was getting on fine, then finally decided I was sick of typing in that # everytime, so I decided to 'click the box' well, I haven't been able to get on since!

I just deleted my cookies and now I am able to access the site. Wow!! I had just sent a complaint to Disney about the problem. Oops!

Deleting cookies worked for me too, which surprised me because it has never worked in the past.
