Am I suppose to tip Petsmart grooming?

I always tip at PetSmart. I know the groomer by name and make sure I give it to her.

I tip at Petsmart. I have Sophie (dog) bathed, nails ground down and defurmanated(sp). Sophie is about 80 pounds and an active 3 year old. I tip $15. I put the cash in an envelope and hand it to the person grooming Soph when I take her in. Being a groomer has to be hard work and I'm sure the pay isn't that great.

I have 2 shelties and always tip. Even though they are small dogs, they can be a handful.

I feel for the groomers as they have to lift these dogs at times into the tub and then onto the table. These dogs are heavy. My groomer was doing a labradoodle when I picked up my dogs and he was huge. Had to be 110 lbs.

I also give an extra tip and a gift at Christmas. She does a fantastic job!!

I don't have my dog groomed but he does get his nails clipped at Petsmart. I always tip a dollar. It takes all of 3 minutes to clip his nails.

We use to go to Petsmart and we never tipped because I wasn't sure how to do it. They would just bring him out and give us a ticket and we would pay at the register up front.

We use a local gal as our groomer now and we do tip her.

Hi... I mean really people?? How can you not even think about not tipping the girl who is taking care of your pet?! You obviously love your furry friend very much or you wouldn't be there to begin with. Who cares who makes what and who gets this and that... I tip my girl $20 all the time. This year she goes on my Christmas list. Your pet is family so take care of the ones that love them also. They are a blessing. I go to Petsmart in Yonkers, NY and the girl I have had since day 1 is wonderful. She takes care of my cat Garfield. Shout out to Dana! Thank you!

I treat the groomer like the hairdresser. Both get a tip.

We are very happy with our groomer at Petsmart. We give her a $20 tip at each grooming. During the holidays, she gives our fur baby a bag of toys and treats that she picks out and pays for with a handwritten note. Our Bichon loves going to her spa appointments!

You found a 3 year old thread to try and shame me for not tipping at pets mart? This is why I hate when people drag out years old threads. The dog died last year, so nobody is getting a tip. Next time you want to try and shame someone, make your own thread and don't drag out old ones. He was such a sweetheart and I miss him every day.
