Am I suppose to get a packet??

So, I called CRO last night to see when I would get my packet of things for my upcoming trip. The CM acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. First she wants to know if I want a confirmation for my reservation. Then she wants to know if I'm talking about Magical Express. I finally gave up.

I know that people have talked about receiving a packet with Tinkerbell tags and such. Am I the confused one or do I need to cal CRO back??

I am assuming that you mean CRO and not CRT (central reservations--CRT refers to Cinderella's Royal Table.)

If you have a room only reservation you will not get a packet...the luggage tags and such are for package bookings only.

If you have a package booked through WDTC (Walt Disney Travel Company) you will get a packet with the luggage tags about 3 weeks or so before you travel.

Yep I meant CRO, jeez. I did book everything separate, actually the CM that booked us did. So I get nada. Thanks for the info
