Am I reading this right? Change to pre-boarding testing for DCL???

The know before you go page was updated on Feb 25 and I may be reading this wrong, but some in my cruise group are thinking the same, that this reads like Disney is switching to allowing pre-boarding tests 3 days before the cruise as opposed to waiting until testing at port. If so, this would make things SO much easier and less stressful to test and know before traveling all the way there. I liked how this worked for Royal Caribbean. Disney hasn’t officially said anything about this page or update, but I wonder if they are going to send something out this week, IF I’m reading this correct as a change in policy.

Guests have multiple options for completing their Pre-Trip COVID-19 Testing

1. Guests residing in the United States can purchase a pre-trip, at-home PCR test directly from the Safe Passage website by Inspire Diagnostics. Tests must be completed and mailed back 3 days before sailing or dropped off at one of the Central Florida testing locations offered by Inspire Diagnostics listed below.
2. Guests can use the Safe Passage website to purchase and schedule a pre-trip test to be performed at one of the Inspire Diagnostics testing locations set up for Disney Cruise Line Guests near the cruise terminal, one to 3 days before their sail date.
3. Guests may obtain their PCR test from any independent testing provider.

Most people don't think there is a change yet, that it's referencing the unvaxxed young children who require a pre test and pre boarding test. And that folks cruising would get an email updating them to this big change.
