Who else out there is just as crazy as I am? I mean I just can't seem to get away from these boards. Sleeping, eating, changing my clothes, fixing dinner, driving, even talking to my friends.....I just can't wait to sign back on to see who else has posted a thread. To learn about something new on the DVC. My DH thinks I am nuts! Ok, ok....so I am obsessed!

Maybe it has to do with the fact that I need my vacation? Or that I just have Mickeyitis! Withdrawels of my beloved VWL home! I need to get away.........seems like the calgon commercial. LOL

Just needed to post and see how many are like me.

OK, I admit it, I seem to have a similar obsession, and it only improves with a visit "Home". Fortuneately, we leave on Thursday--6 more days:teeth: :teeth: Until then I won't be able to turn my computer off without a fear that I will miss something! I could go and pack, except that I have been packed since March 1! My flight had better not be cancelled!;)

I'm with you Scrufs Mom,
I think I have a serious addiction!;) I honestly don't know how it happened but I find myself "checking in" several times a day!!

This is me when I don't get my daily Disboard dose:

Am I addicted? Naaaahhhh....

There are plenty of folks around just like you, and me! When I've had a hard day at work (which happens alot recently :( !), I usually play my WDW CD's in the car. Makes all the stress go away! I also check the boards often!

It's good company to keep!

Scrufsmom... your in good company. I am obsessed with all things Disney and that includes these boards! My husband is very mad at me for gettting no house work done, but I tell him how much I learn for our trips!

Scrufsmom, obviously you're not the only one... ;)
i mean, there's thousands of DISboards members i think.

seriously though, i think my obsession is unhealthy. :(
for example, ever since i got laid off, i promised myself i would completely reorganize the house, get in shape, eat better, and clean up everything that i didn't have time to clean/organize when i was working 50-60 hrs a week.
and, like Terry S, my dbf comes home from work and gets frustrated/mad at me 'cause i'm totally not being as productive as i could be.
i can't concentrate, i keep checking the boards throughout the day to see what's new.

heh, lately it's been driving me nuts how the DVC board hasn't been as active. some days i wish someone would just post something new already so i can read it! :p

so does anyone have any tips on how to cut back on DISing? :earseek:
no really... i'm serious. i need help!

I admit I am obsessed...and the tag fairies agree!

I just woke up, put on the coffee, and came straight to the computer. I am thinking about starting to pack today (doubt I will need too many summer clothes in the meantime).

Anyway, welcome to the only place where you will be seen as "normal" when it relates to Disney!

Also guilty as charged! For various reasons I won't get to take my first visit home until Jan 2005!!!! :( Being a DVC member and not being able to visit is just like having a new CD or computer game, with no player or PC to play them on!! All you can do is keep reading the back of the box! So the DIS boards are my "box", and, boy, do I keep reading them. :teeth:

It's Disneyitis and I have it and don't want to get rid of it!

It is pretty bad when you log on here before you even check e-mail, v-mail, regular mail (I admit, guilty).

worse yet, I have it and am becoming contagious. My SIL is now starting to understand (and get) the obsession. :p

Wow. And I thought it was just me. I stopped going to the Dis Chats last week, because I thought it was getting out of hand. There is laundry to be done, there are dishes in the sink, yet, here I sit, waiting for some new tidbit of DVC news to come my way. It is addictive.
