Am I losing my mind!

We will be at AK on 11/29. I swear that that I booked a FP for FoP and have seen it in "My Plans" several times after booking. Now, I noticed last night it's not listed and I have only 2 fastpasses. Either I've lost my mind and/or screwed up (quite possible at my age) or my FoP magically disappeared. Is this possible or should I check my self in to a rest home to regain my faculties?
 
Yes call. The MDE has been very glitchy. I havent had any problems with fps, but have had adrs disappearing. When I called Disney they could see them and put them back in my MDE. Good luck!!
 

I have never had a FP disappear but I know some crazy stuff has happened. Are you checking your MDE over multiple devices? I would call them but I wouldn't have high expectations. As far as checking into a home, I think you're probably fine, I've done much worse!! 🤣
 
I've had FP+s disappear and then reappear. I've also had FP+s disappear from my app but they're still on my sister's app, for example. Then they reappear. I wish there were an easy way to print out the itinerary. If someone knows how to do that, please chime in!

Yes! We'have had this happen. Its just a fluke, but it never hurts to call. We take screen shots, and print out the itinerary from the website. Its a lot of pages but its nice to have things in writing.

Thanks, Spencer. I didn't want to print out 25 pages worth of stuff, so I copied it into a Word document and sent it in an email to myself. It's not beautiful, but it works. Just in case.
 
We will do screen shots as our travel plan on my phone since I am not a printing person. But I've never had fast passes disappear. If I have, I might print them.
 
Yes, call Disney IT. Chances are they can still see them. This happened to us while we were in the parks. The FP+ were still there, but we couldn't see them on my phone. It was really frustrating. Like others, I make a document with all of my reservation numbers, FP+ reservations, etc. and I e-mail it to myself and carry a hard copy of it in my bag (I'm kind of old-school, I suppose). It's the only way I'll remember what we are supposed to be doing if MDE goes down or becomes glitchy in some way.
 
did you check the website? Sometimes what shows up on the website is ddifferent from MDE. MDE has been more glitchy than usual. When we were at the parks last week, I had FPs vanish, then reappear, go from a party of 4 to 2 then back to 4. Every combination when we were trying to modify FPs.
 
We're passholders and this type of thing happens to me on MDE all the time! FPs will disappear and re-appear, people's names on the FP will disappear and re-appear. Sometimes the app will even say we don't have tickets! The app is so glitchy, if it's being extra difficult, I'll use mydisneyexperience.com on my phone's browser or laptop and the info will be correct there.
 
I had this too today. I've seen tickets, FP, and reservations disappear all the time, but today was different. Both on the site and mobile MDE some of my FPs decreased to only 1 person on multiple days (and not the person listed on MDE, a child that has plans shared with me) and on my AK day all 3 FP were missing for my party. I went in and re-booked. Very glad I wasn't missing any of the top tiers.

No OP, you are not crazy. Disney's IT is a complete and utter embarrassment and they should be ashamed of themselves. Very frustrating, especially since they have built their entire ecosystem around it.
 
Happened to me so many times that I now print out the hard copy and keep it with me. I also take my annual pass and never rely on just a magic band as I have had the experience of having to waste value vacation time in a line at guest services to prove I have a pass. Sometimes old school is an insurance policy against Disney notoriously bad IT
