We returned from a 9 day Orlando vacation 3 weeks ago. We had a ball. I've posted my dining reviews...and I wanna go back. In January.

(I think my writing style has devolved thanks to Mel HappyHaunt)

I KNOW my DH will start the committment process when I tell him that I've checked into a long-weekend package for January. But the kids have days off school (not just the MLK day holiday...they get the next thus and fri off).

We had such a good time at EPCOT, especially, touring the World Showcase and riding TT and MS and Soarin'. MK was alot of fun, too! I've been having dreams almost every night about being at EPCOT. (in one of them, I was pregnant! :rolleyes1 ) and I WANNA GO BACK! WE didn't see the France movie...we didn't see much at ALL of Mexico.

AND DS is turning 10 in March (actually, I'm looking at a long weekend then as an alternative to Jan) -- so what better time to go then before we have to pay full-price for him??!!

DH enjoys Disney - he really does. He even wore the matching t-shirts without a single complaint or eye-roll. He bought (and toted) the lime-green monostrap pack, just because his wife is insane. Buuuut...he's not insane like me.

Please...I know I need help! :hyper:

Why not plan another big trip for 2007 and stop p.ussy-footing around with the long weekend stuff? Go BIG!

Any excuse is a good excuse to plan a trip to WDW! :lmao:

Honey, I took out the trash!

Great! To celebrate we should take a trip to WDW for a week! :rotfl2:

Look at my Signature, I go in 3 days and then in another 2 months 4 weeks!!

Your not the only insane one!!

If you want small crowds, January would be your better bet as March can get pretty busy because alot of schools are on spring break!!

There are two kinds of people who go to WDW

1) those who cant wait to go back (for whatever length of stay they can manage as often as they can) these people would typically be identified as crazy by anyone not in this group.

2) those who would do anything not to go back. Its pretty easy to tell who really is crazy. :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

If you can go then you should. If your lucky you can go back again and again and again..............

If you are crazy......then I'm crazy along with you! Going to Disney is my....uhhhhhh...."Therapy"...yeah...That's right....My "Therapy"...and I NEED IT! :joker: :woohoo: :bounce:

You've come to the wrong place if you think 2 trips in 3 months is insane.

Let me show you my last year

Oct 12-14 2005 MNSSHP POR
Dec 16-20 2005 MVMCP & CP @ POP
Feb 3-9 2006 FW
May 28-June 4 2006 FW
August 4-6 2006 POFQ
Sept 8-10 2006 POP

Next:
Nov 16-19 POP for Autism Walk :thumbsup2

I am no where near the most frequest visitors on this board either

Now, granted, I live 90 minutes away, and many of my trips are at FW campground, so lodging is cheap.

Now, my DH thinks coming to the DIS to look at pictures of other peoples food everyday is insane. He'll never get it!

I love it!!!!! Any reason sounds like a good reason to me (although I think I might be in that "institutionalized by my extended family" stage very soon)! How anyone cannot understand the joy of spending as many weeks possible at WDW per year is beyond me.

You plan as many trips as you want!! If dh doesn't want to go, mark it as quality time with the kids. Tell him your dreaming of the place and you really NEED to get back. (I wouldn't tell him of the pregnancy dream, unless you two are trying) Long weekend trips are a lot of fun. If worse comes to worse you can just blame us :teeth: Let us know what dates your going!!

...except we took the kids out of school for 4 days for our last trip. I'm not sure the teachers would be as understanding as you DISsers are!

Buuuuuuuuut...we have a week in January that is soooo crazy. There's MLK day on Monday that the kids have off, then two PD days Thursday and Friday. So in theory, we could go for 7 days and the kids would miss only 2 school days!

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.... the problem becomes paying off the October vaca before the January one!

You guys are gonna get me in biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig trouble!
