Am I going crazy, or did the Dining Plan in 2005 pay for meals for every DAY you were on the property instead of every NIGHT?

It must have been a dream. The current dining plan has always been per night of your stay.

The number of credits is based on the number of nights you stay. You can use the credits on every day of your stay, including the day you check in and check out.

Some of the hypothetical examples have you checking in the afternoon. They have you using your first TS credits for dinner the night you check in. They have you using your last CS credit for lunch the day you check out.

We used DDP in January 2005 and it was for every night - not days. I can see why some would prefer the plan to match the number of ticketed days, since that (presumably) is the number of days you'll be in the parks and eating food. But, I'm not one of them. I like that it matches my room nights.
