Am I doing this right?

I have only been donig rewards a few weeks, and I am not sure if I am doing things right. I am feeling really frustrated!
MyPoints--I read all the e-mails, answer the surveys, and try to click on the websites. I don't know if I am doing the website thing right because I don't see any confirmation as I click on them, and they have the same websites every day.
Milesource--I click on websites, travel, and leisure, and I play the games. I only average 20 or so points a day, and at that rate, I will never get any rewards!
Suzykats--I am really lost here. I tried to click the websites to the right of the page, but most of these are monthly sites. How do I get points?!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Mypoints: Make sure that you click the YES and or NO in each email, that is how you will get the points. We will post when "Max" is at my points, he is a little symbol that you can click for 5 points, we will post when he shows up and where he is. Also, under the TRY IT OUT part of mypoints, you can go to the shop at home, order 6 catalogs a month for 100 points.

Milesource: The only guaranteed points here are the sites under CLICK FIX (should average 25-30 a day) and under leisure you can click on Moviefone and answer the question for 2 points.

Suzykats: There is a daily trivia, and then the sites to visit. She only lets so many people click on the sites a day for points, so you have to get there early. Just scan through them and click on the ones with the blue background, if the background is gray it means that you won't get any points.
