Prepare yourself for long waits at the bus stops at night. As long as you're ok with a late night followed by early morning you can probably do it.

Who all is in your party? Ages?

This may just be a typo, but... 1900 PF is at the Grand Flo, right? I would bus straight there and not to MK first.

Thanks!

We have 14 going. 6 Adults, 2 teens, 2 pre-teen, 9yo,8yo,6yo,4mo.
We are prepared that some may go back to the resort for a break.
I made versions with breaks, but commuting takes a lot of time out of the day.

Yes! You are right. I will change it. How long do you think the bus ride from AK to GF will take?

Yep, 1900 PF is at the Grand Flo and there's no reason to take a bus from AK to MK and then take the monorail or the boat to GF. Also, on day 6, it says bus to MK then walk to Chef Mickey's, but the indication is that you'll be spending that entire day at MK, so where would you be taking a bus from?

On Day One I'd eat QS dinner PRIOR to 7pm and the party starting.

On Day 4 why are you checking into dinner at 2:45 if your reservation isn't until 3:20pm? You may not be able to get any worthwhile FP+ after your first three, but doesn't hurt to check.

On Day 5 you are going way out of your way for dinner that night. Otherwise it looks fine.

On Day 6 I'd walk to Chef Mickey's unless people are exhausted. And why are you planning to leave an HOUR before your reservation?

I'd guess that the 6 year old and maybe the 8 & 9 year olds are going to have a hard time with this type of schedule - early mornings, no break and late nights. Also, are the teens okay with waking up this early every single day? I'd have backup plans/place to meet if either of these issues become a problem!

I think you've done a pretty good job. Yes, your Day 5 dinner is out of the way, but the longer bus ride/meal will be a great break for that day. We don't do resort breaks in the winter. The humidity is not there to zap your energy, so we find the hopping between parks and midday meals to be enough of a break to keep us going.

You'll probably have some that don't make those rope drop mornings by day 4, day 5. I'd make the first FP+ on those days (and probably even some of the others) around 10 or 11 to give those who need to sleep a little later a chance to get to the park.

Day 4 would be a good day for those who aren't doing JTA to sleep in a little bit. The kids who want to do it have to be there and one parent/adult. Draw straws and let the other sleep!

Thanks! I fixed it. :)

Thanks for catching that!

We are prepared to go off schedule as needed. Anyone in the group is free to as they want/need. The dinner on day 5 was a "Must do" from the group and the only day we could get it for all 14. We also know that there are a couple that may leave and go back to the resort for a break before dinner. Thanks! :)

I think you've done a pretty good job.

Thank You!

That's a great idea. Thanks!

I agree. I wouldn't waste expensive party time at a meal.

I agree. I'd do Boma instead.

Thank you. I do see that Boma has room for all 14, but 1900PF was a group decided "Must Do". I may run this by them though to hear their thoughts.

Overall it looks pretty good to me. It's a pretty relaxed pace and you've allotted for more than enough transportation time which is good, it will help for the times you wait longer than normal.

The only real concern for me would be the late nights followed by very early mornings, with young kids, the lack of sleep may catch up to them.

Thank You! We have an understanding with the other families that anyone can go for a break or sleep in as needed, but they can use this schedule to catch back up. :)
