Am I doing something wrong?

The past few days, I have saved, deleted, updated, etc my saved offers. I have never received a single email. Not even the welcome one. I signed up for all the emails. I looked in my trash/junk....nothing. I think I'm going to try again with a different email to see what happens. I know the pins are random but since they didn't even send me a thank you for registering email, I'm thinking I did something wrong somewhere.

It took about 2-3 weeks for me to get a pin code offer after I saved some itineries.

I'm sorry I don't remember much about how long a welcome email took, I joined so long ago, but in general, Disney is not usually instant with their emails like alot of other sites. You might get it tomorrow.

Have you updated your profile on the Walt Disney World website?
I did that, as well as saved some vacations, and requested the 2010 planning DVD. Not sure if any of those 'triggered' my PIN but I received one 3 days later.
Also - be sure the 'receive emails' is checked under your profile as well.

akayf - like you I had saved and delted many times and received nothing in the way of e-mails. Finally I created a new profile on the Disney site with a different e-mail (one I had never used) and saved a few more trips. I received the pin a short time later.
