Am I crazy to do this?

We will be staying at the BC for 5 nights on DDP. We are doing CRT so that leaves 3 meals. So far we have Cape May Cafe breakfast (DD wants to see Minnie), Cape May Cafe dinner (DS wants crab legs). Now I am thinking about the Yachtsman for a dinner, we all love lobster rolls. Is that too much at YC/BC? Those places sound good to me, but I may want to mix it up a bit. Last trip we ate at Boma, Ohana, Aukerhaus, CM, and H&V, we want to eat at all new places. Is there some place I should check out at the Boardwalk, Epcot, or some place else. I only want to do 1 ts credit places.

Forgot to mention that I don't think I am interested in Italian places, Jersey Girls are snobs about our Italian food.

Honestly, if those places appeal to you, then I think it's a GREAT plan! What could be less stressful than going back to your resort for dinner at night? I think it's a great plan.

As a former Jersey girl living in PA, I hear you on the Italian food. We really like Kona Cafe, The Wave, The Grand Floridian Cafe, 50's Prime Time and Kouzzina as one credit restaurants.

I love Yachtsman, but I believe it is a Signature Dining experience, so it would use 2 TS credits. Flying Fish, which is at the BW is also a Signature. I think I would choose a dinner at one of the WS restaurants. They are still convenient to BC. LeCellier is a 2 TS credit place effective 3/3/11. We like Teppan Edo and Rose and Crown.

Since Yachtsman is 2 TS, you could try Captain's Grille that is also located there and it is 1 TS.

That is supposed to be one of the benefits of staying at a deluxe - having nice restaurants right there in the hotel for you.

If you have hoppers or plan to go to EPCOT one day, it is only a hop, skip and a jump to the World Showcase restaurants.

Sometimes getting to other hotel restaurants is a pain. We ate at California Grill one night at fireworks time and it took us forever to get back to our hotel since the buses had stopped at MK. We had to go to DTD and then take a bus back to our resort. So, eating at a nice restaurant in your own hotel sounds great!

Thanks for all the input. I am so excited to stay at the BC, and there isn't much out there that I am all that excited about. I was thinking Captian's Grill, not Yachtsman. Does any one know if you can get the lobster roll at dinner?

i think its a bonus not to trek all over to eat, dont forget Beaches and Cream for dessert......

That is what I am thinking, and it is where the kids want to eat. Everyone is happy! Last trip we barely saw the resort, we only went to the pool twice, that was the CBR. Since we are staying at such an amazing resort I want to make the most of it. One night I want to do a resort night, swimming, dinner, then movies on the beach. Can't wait!
