Do you have active/valid tickets on the card? You can only get up to 10 days tickets on the card that unless you added non-expiring must be used within 14 days of first use.

If you still have ticket days left on your KTTW cards you can still use them until 14 days after they were first used for park entry. It has nothing to do with whether or not you are still onsite. However, you cannot use the cards to access EMH privileges (the dates of your stay are printed on the card).
