I hope you are right. Being that everything is still in the test phase, I am not as confident. Our trip is planned for Thanksgiving week. (a busy time of year) Like I stated before, it looks like Disney is going the route of allowing all to make advance FP reservations. I wonder if this will reduce or remove the "day of" slots. To all that have posted that you had no issues making day of changes, thanks for the info. But again, I am curious about after the addition of off-site guests being able to also make advanced reservations.

Who knows what really is going to happen by Thanksgiving? I am just a little scared.

Not alone. Our past visits have been all about Disney. Now, with all the unknowns and having to schedule things so much, my next trip in a couple of months will look very different. We plan to go to visit downtown, and then just the MK for one day. The rest of our vacation will be spent at Universal and the beach.


My vacation needs to be relaxing and all the planning involved, as well as keeping updated on the changes, has becomes just too cumbersome for me. Hopefully things will be organized in a year and we will plan a longer visit.
