AM EMH Epcot

What would your strategy be in regards to a touring plan for 8am EMH at Epcot? Our eldest daughter can ride everything. We will also have my mom and our one year old daughter with us. We will be leaving the park by 12:30 for the baby's nap. Let's leave Frozen Ever After out of the equation. I hate rushing over there just to do one ride, unless y'all think it's the best strategy. Is it possible to do Soarin and Test Track in that 8am hour with minimal waits? Thanks!

WE are staying at the Poly, so will have the 60 day fast pass window. Trip is in late August.

I'd be at the Epcot gates 30 min. early, then...

I'd not leave out Frozen.
My plan would be:
1. FEA
2. Test Track
3. Soarin'

But, if I DID leave out Frozen:
1. Soarin'
2. Test Track
