Always wear.

Is there something that you always wear? Like a bracelet? necklace? ring? etc.

Since about 6 months ago I've had a black ribbon on my hand. My friend gave it to me as a "friendship bracelet" and I liked the look. I haven't taken it off once.

For Christmas I got a daughter's ring and a emerald ring. I wear them each everyday, and I barely ever take them off.



Is there something that has sentimental value that you wear everyday?

A ring bearing my last initial. It belong to my Paternal grandmother, therefore it was also her last initial when she first got it 60 something years ago. It's always on my right ring finger. Without it, I feel naked. I've gone to extreme measures to make sure I have it with me at all times.

A mystic topaz ring has been on my left middle finger every day since November 4, 2006. Truly one of the best birthday presents I've gotten.

And lately, my locket I got 12.5 years ago.

A few years ago a woman on Cape Cod (where I am from) started making Cape Cod bracelets. Well today they are this HUGE deal but when I was a freshman in college in 2003 they were still relatively unique. My parents gave me one when I started college and the only times it has ever come off was for surgery or when I travel to prisons for a class I have since no jewelry is allowed.
