my cramps can be ok my last time i didnt have any(oh it was heaven) baddish ones can make me double over really bad ones mean i don't talk and i glare at you if you talk to me and the ones i had just now last forever and render me motionless and speechless.

i remeber the first time i ever had them i was scooting with my sister and her friend i just suddenly stoped and sat there on the curb unable to move

Normally I go to my bed and get in a fetal type position and watch TV, and the pain will go down a little bit.

But when I'm some where else I just get up against the wall and bend over and hold my stomach.

theres nowhere to sit in school so i was stood there in agony and it got so bad i marched over ot this low-ish wall and sat on it. my friends have learnt not to argue with me round this time of month.

usually i have to walk around and put up with it. if it was as bad as it was then on a school morning i may have gotten the day off but like colds my mum thinks it's weak and pathetic to miss school for pains like that. however when im gonna sit there unable to move or speak not really listen coz im too focused on the pain i *may* get the day off

I just got my first period

It's been very long so far and bad and crampy.

Oh that sucks, sweetie. The first time is the weirdest. I remember I was at school! And it went on for 11 days. Then I didn't have it again for a few months.

But now mine are irregular and about 10 days long each.

I hate them. As soon as I have a child I'm getting a hysterectimy.

I've heard that taking bc medicine makes it shorter and less severe.

Birth Control does make it shorter and lighter. Actually I am going next week to the OB/GYN to have an exam, and she'll probably prescribe it to me.

I am dreading it.
