Always knowing your ADR'S

As most of us now have the latest or at least newer verions of cell phones, I put my ADR's in my cell phone as it is usually with me everywhere I go! Just enter them in your calender and you will always have them at your fingertips!

I type them up real small with confirmation numbers, location, date and time and put them on a little 'card" that everyone can carry around. sometimes I laminate it, sometimes we put it in these little plastic card carrier things we got off ebay (they're decorated with disney characters). It works for us especially in a large group. The first person to get to the restaurant is in charge of getting us checked in.
