Alton Towers!!! We're Back!

Hiya

We just got back from our weekend at alton towers!! We had a brilliant time well worth the money,

The hotel was lovely with very good rooms and divine beds! havnt slept that well in a long time

Being able to go into the park early was great we rode nemisis and air within 20 mins. Air was fantastic! never been ona coaster like that before

It sets us up well for bucsh gardens, plus I know I fit!! now I have lost 5 stone, though I still have ample lady bumps up top (ok didnt know how to explain that) I still fit

Just wanted to say what a good time we had

You will have a great time. DH and I are AP holders and have stayed in the Alton Towers hotel and Splash landings quite a few times.
We are planning a trip there next month for the end of season fireworks. I love being able to ride the coasters in the dark, especially Nemasis and Air!! I love Cariba Creek too, the Master Blaster is such fun!!

I'm pleased you had a great time. We are going again in a few weeks (8th visit this season!). The coasters are amazing. Did you ride Rita and Oblivion? Rita has a very smilar launch speed to RnRC at MGM and Oblivion is a good introduction to vertical drop coasters if you wanted to have a go at somthing similar before trying Sheikra at Busch Gardens.

Hiya Kayleee, I just thought it would be better to edit instead of taking up more board space, didnt know if it was ok to post a new post when I had an old one on the subject, I confuse me too with them lol

We did go on oblivion, and I opened my eyes to see why we had stopped and thats the moment they dropped us lol down a big hole

Didnt do rita the que was way too long, then they closed it due to power failure
