Alternative to Chips

Hello

Can anyone tell me which restaurants sell meals that come with mash in the parks. I love american mash and prefer it over chips. Also like pasta and baked potatos. Trying not to live on chips

I've definitely had mash at Wolfgang Puck Express in DTD too

The sunshine seasons in Epcot does mash. I'm not a great fan of chips/fries but out of a 3 week trip I will usually only haven a couple of times. There are plenty of counter service places that do salads, rice, pasta or potato chips instead.

All TS will have an alternative to fries.

CS meals you can get with carrot sticks or apple slices as a standard option.
