We will be at MGM on the Tuesday after Easter, so it is early EMH and very busy. If we are at Al's at 10:15 when the characters come out, how long do you think we will wait? Do you have to get in a separate line for each one?

My plan for that morning is:

Muppets and Star Tours - 8-9 EMH
Great Movie Ride and Backlot Tour - 9-10 (is this possible?)
Al's Toy Barn - 10:15-10:45
Indian Jones - 11:15 show (will I get there in time to get in?)

I hate to be that strict with the schedule, but I really want to see Beauty and the Beast and I am having a hard time fitting it in.

Thanks,

Stephanie

Can't comment on MGM, sorry, but when we saw Al, Jessie and the horse (?Bullseye) at MK, there was a single line for all three and a group picture.

Have fun!

I don't believe you will be able to do Great Movie Ride and Backlot Tour in an hour. I think the Great Movie Ride is about 20 minute ride and even at 9:00 I would expect a 10 or 15 minute wait in line. Backlot tour is at least 30 - 40 minutes unless it has changed since 2002, the line will probably be pretty short though.

I don't think you'll be able to fit the Backlot tour and GMR in 1 hour either. Let's figure 20 min wait for each-- then 20 min for GMR and 30 min for Backlot Tour. That's at least 90 minutes. Also, when it gets really busy-- your best bet is to get a FP for Indy. If you'll be there all day- get one for the 1st show after the parade. As for Al's-- you'll go in 1 line for whichever characters are there. I think 30 minutes is pretty reasonable for wait time.

Don't forget some of the Toy Story characters have a meet and greet location at MK too. It's where the Goofy Line Dancing show was.

You guys have totally burst my bubble (that's ok, though). I was really hoping that I would be one of the first in line for Great Movie at 9:00, since I will be there for EMH, and that I would be through by 9:30. I guess your right, though, by the time I walk to Backlot and ride, it will be at least 10:30. Oh well, does not look like Beauty is in the cards this trip, unless they add a lot of extra shows.

Thanks for the input.

Why can't you fit Beauty and the Beast in during the afternoon??

We were at MK too and I saw them in Frontierland.
