Alrighty my cooking friends-this scrapper needs some help in the kitchen!!!

I have two small packages of pork loin country style ribs. They were a great price so I bought 'em.

Problem is I have never cooked them before! So here they are thawing on my counter----what should I do with them????

Please be very specific as I can be somewhat inept in the kitchen!

I have a bbq-so that is a option-just need to know how to season/cook em. And we like sweet and sour.

take them and put them in the crockpot covered with a jar of chili sauce and a can of whole cranberries. Cook on low for eight hours. They aren't to bad and should fall right off the bone.
