Alright...who exercised Friday 2/13?

I did the weight circuit at the gym for a total of.....5900 pounds and did 3.5 miles on the treadmill!! I'm thinking of ending the night with the exercise ball but don't want to hurt myself.

What can I say, I'm driven. I tried on cloths yesterday and didn't leave the dressing room in tears! I actually put some summer cloths on layaway (just in case I lose more weight them expected, then i'll need a differant size). So now i'm obsessed about exercising.

Who else??
 
You go Ginger! I am almost ashamed to post after you but here goes - I did my 30 minute cardio work out with FIRM cardio sculpt. It always makes me feel so powerful to exercise and I tried on my smallest pants in my closet, a pair of 14/16 jogging pants that I haven't worn since, well I don't know when and they fit well! I know I don't really wear a 14/16, these pants are an anomoly but I'll take the positive reinforcement wherever I can get it.

I guess all this exercise is paying off for us both. Let's keep it up!
 
You go girls! I did exercise today, and it's the fifth day straight. I did 45 minutes on the treadmill alternating walking and jogging (slowly). I also did a little wieght work for my quads and hamstrings on the bench-just 3 sets of 15 reps front then back. I did do some upper body work on the second day, but can't move my right arm yet so that's out until I feel better:o Tried to do too much too soon as usual. I keep telling myself this is a permanant change, so there's no rush to complete the ultimate workout right away.

PS_Saw the "Firm" video at Stop N Shop and almost bought it, but have never tried working out with a video. How's it working for you?
 
I did.....I didn't think I was going to get to because when I came home from work DH had to drop off his car for inspection tomorrow and I had to follow him. Then we went out to dinner for valentines day. But, I actually did the FIRM Cardio Sclupt blaster! Whoo hoo! I got it in despite the odds!
 

Ah yes exercise. AF is almost gone and my mood is back to normal finally. So i did my WATP 1 mile tape with weights and pilates cooldown afterwards. Feels good to be back in sync.

I did my 3 mile run with my friend! I am so happy to have gotten a chance to exercise again!

I did the 30 minute walk and jog WATP video in the afternoon and the 2 mile express WATP video in the evening.
 
I did I did! It was the first time since Monday! This week has been so hectic so exercising was one of the first things on my mind, but the last thing I was able to do. Both of my babies have been really sick (3yo - bronchitis, both ears infected, and a sinus infection....5mo - bronchiolitis and an ear infection). I really wanted to exercise on Wednesday night, but I was soooo tired. I didn't get but 3 hours of sleep on Thursday so exercising at work was out. So I did almost everything last night at work. I did the circuit, but I didn't get on the elliptical. I am hoping to get back into the gym before I go back to work on Thursday, but I'm not counting on it. I guess I am going to have to bite the bullet and get on the treadmill at home and use our free weights (YUCK!).

Good news is that I haven't gained any weight from not exercising.
