Went off Atkins on and off for the past month, I've been so stressed I've been slipping. Cheating on Sundays (day DFiance is off from work) then slipped into Mondays and now any time we go out... urgh!
I went shopping Saturday and bought only ALLOWED foods, stocked up on Carb IC, Atkins Morning Bars, LC Bread, WATER WATER WATER...lol!
Since Sunday I've lost 5 pounds already back on the plan... and I enjoy eating, it's nice to have set meals, at set times, and I know what I'm going to eat and I don't feel bad about it.
I enjoy my allowed snacks and think of them as treats, aka if I drink all my 4 glasses of water between breakfast and lunch I can have a cheese stick (1 carb) after lunch. If I do the same for between lunch and dinner I can have a Carb IC Bar (2 carbs). It's forcing me to drink the water... which helps!
Hoping that this ditch I'm stuck in will be gone by the weekend and I'll be at my next goal!

I started the atkins 2 weeks ago and lost 9lbs but i had a really bad weekend and ate anything i wanted to
I want to loose another 14lbs before september before we go to WDW Is this possible
