alone time

for those who went as couples, what are some things you did alone while your significant other did something else

I sat out on the verandah and read while my husband went to a movie.

 

[MO Disney cruiser]

I went to the deck to read while DH took his family to Nassau. It was nice to have some real down time.

I did the Rainforest Room while DH swam and read in the sun.

I slept in one morning while DH worked out and went up on deck and played basketball.

I played bingo one day while DH took a nap.

It's one of the nicest things about the cruise - all of the choices.

By the way, ganurse, I think maybe you were on our cruise last time. Did you do the April 20 cruise in 2002? It seems like (although we never met) that is the name of someone who also did the Champagne Catamaran sail and we found out after the fact from trip reports.

we were on that cruise? were you with drs on the catamaran? i remember talking to a few couples on the boat

I don't think that we actually talked on the boat - I just remember us figuring out that we'd been on the boat together (catamaran) after we got back and I posted our trip report!

Anyway - congratulations on your upcoming cruise! We're squeezing in a 3 night in December. Looks like you're going to get to do another 7-day. Lucky you!
