Well, weare not down to THE last minute, but close, as our flight leave 5:45 AM Saturday morning. I know these are answered on threads elsewhere, but to save time and more UTD responses:

Photopass:
I remember reading there is a place to stop and by the official DLR DVD for $59.99 that contains stock photes of the park and personal photopass picture can be added. Does this need to be ordered ahead of time and at the store? Where is this store located?

Aladdin:
We are planning on being in line at least 30 minutes ahead of the show. Do the performance times dictate what to get in line? If so, how much earlier?

HoHo's
We (party of 10) are staying at HoJo's in premium Disney Vew rooms. Are hair dryers in these rooms? What is the best way to get to the parks---Cross over in front of the hotel, or walk down the street then cross over at DL? Will they store our bags for us if our rooms is not ready when we arrive?

Fantasmic:
We've booked a dinner package for this to help get a viewing spot, but even with that, what time should we be fhere for 9:30 show?

Knotts Berry Farm:
Do they offer soft openings on new attractions as Disney does? The new swing ride, "WindSeeker" is to open next Wednesday. If are thyere on Monday, do you they they may offer a soft opening?

Disney e-ticket:
We have printed our tickets to present for exchange for an official DLR ticket. Are these tickets plastic ones like at WDW (which also serve as hotel room key) or not. I really hope they are and the plactic cards feel so much more "official"

ANY OTHER tidbit's are more than welcome! We're considering this our first real trip there. The first one was really a 1 1/2 day stopover while going to Hawaii and there was a small earthquake that shut down some rides. Can't believe that in 48 hours we will be at DLR.

Can't help on all of them, but...

1. The show times for Aladdin are when the show starts. Being there 30 min in advance should work just fine. Not exactly sure what you are asking.

2. Crossing Harbor at HoJo is not a huge advantage to walking down Harbor and then crossing. They're both about the same. I'd say if you get the signal at HoJo might as well cross right away. As a teenage guy, I'm not sure about the hairdryers...don't really concern myself with that. :rotfl:

3. I'm positive that the Windseeker will not be open by next Monday OR next Wednesday. Not sure where you got that date. Check out this link for a construction update from 2 days ago: http://www.westcoaster.net/updates.php?updateCD=052411&page=1. But if it were to be opening, Knotts would probably not do a soft opening.

4. Sorry, when you exchange your e-ticket, you'll get a paper ticket. Not a plastic one.

You can pick up the DVD with voucher inside at the Photoshop on Main Street.

The Aladdin lines can start forming an hour prior to showtime (sometimes more depending on the crowds)......you would probably be safe going 30 mins ahead of time.

HoJo's Disney View Rooms have hair dryers in them (as well as a small fridge, coffee maker & microwave). We prefer to cross the street & walk along the side of DL.....less foot traffic & no TimeShare people harrassing you.

Hopefully someone else can help on the other questions!! Have fun!!

The Photoshop on the hub end, right side of Main Street. Ask for the Gallery CD with the coupon for a Photopass CD inside, may not be available. You pay for the Gallery CD there take it home and use the coupon to pay for your photoCD when home.

30 minutes before the listed show time.

I've followed this closedly, I wouldn't expect Windseeker to be open. If by chance it is you will know, just look up for people spinning around.

No they are just paper tickets, like you get if you stay offsite at WDW.

Photopass-
On the disney website it said you can order them on-line before your trip and they cost $99.95.

HOJO-
To get to disney from there cross over in front of the hotel. If Cross by Mimi's restaraunt and stay on that side of the road you hae to pass many hotels and there are often people solicitating too. So if you cross before that you can often avoid all that craziness.

Disney e-tickets-
last time we got the 4 day pass and they gave us just paper tickets. The only time i had a plastic ticket was when we got 3 day passes from the grocery store.

Hope this helps a little

This is a special preorder price for the WDW version. DLR is only $59 if you order before or after, when you have a chance to edit the photos.
