Thank you! I am asking for 3rd floor with balcony then!!!!!![]()
Does the Polynesian have the movie on the beach now like the GF and the BC? How about s'mores??? Thanks!
Here is the LIVE feed from the Poly thanks to tecDavidt.
This video feed was the highlight of our New Years last year! It is amazing to be able to see the fireworks from home since I am not fortunate enough to see them in person! I have actually had the feed on my laptop all day
A big thanks to them for sharing their vacation with us!
Happy New Year to everyone!![]()
Just for fun I am looking at the various rates for 2010 and I knew before that at the Polynesian they added a Club Level - Magic Kingdom View, however why do they still have a Club Level - Lagoon View? When my family and I stayed there in December 2007 we had a Club Level - Lagoon View (room #3510) with a direct view of Cinderella's Castle, so what rooms are considered a Lagoon View and which ones are considered a Magic Kingdom View?
I responded to your similar post on the concierge thread, too. I don't think anyone, at this point, knows the exact room numbers to be deemed "Theme Park View" at the club level. The LV price category will be those rooms with a less the perfect view of the MK.
As I posted previously, I don't think there is a totally obstructed view on the LV side, but there are some rooms with "perfect" views. I would certainly be happy with any LV room view as long as it was on first or third.
I also can't imagine that the Polynesian will hold the TPV CL rooms out of inventory if there is a large demand for LV CL as opposed to the ridiculous extra charge for TPV CL.
As of now, it's most of the 2nd and 3rd floors. They'll probably change things around as it goes along. They have about 35 CL MK rooms, and 19 LV rooms. Again, that may change![]()
Oh man, now I have another thing to distract me at work!I'm keeping it open on my laptop now! Love it!!!
I love this thread! We just changed to the Poly thanks to the new discount and I have been going through all the Poly info I can find. Just wondering if my 5 year old is able to wear a life vest or swimmies on the slide. I know they don't allow it on some enclosed slides. Thanks.
Can't wait until May 21!
As with all things at Disney. . .Hope you had a lovely holiday season David!

I was unemployed for Christmas, but I'm back in my old position as of last Sunday so it's better now![]()
We're going to the Poly!! I managed to take advanage of 5+ night offer and got a great rate for a GV room at the Polynesian. This is our second trip to the World (we were at the GF for a week last January) and are SO excited to be spending 10 days at the beautiful Polynesian!!
Was wondering if the Poly had a step stools available for my 2 almost 3 yr old. Are step stools available there?
