bars. Would you like to order one or one for each person? Once we know
that we will place the order for you. It will be delivered on your
arrival day after you arrive at the resort and charged to your room.

Does anyone know if there is a shower/ changing room at the Poly. On our last day we will be checking out of the room at 11am and plan to hang out at the pool. We will be getting the Magical express back to the airport at about 4pm. So, is there a room at the Poly where we can shower and get changed as obviously we will have checked out of our room?

Yes, the bathrooms at the volcano pool have showers and changing rooms.

Has anyone asked for an upgrade when they checked in and been able to get it? I do not mean a free one but if there was any availability in Hawaii for an additional fee.

Mention Amanda & see what happens. They should treat all guests equally-one & all! I wonder if the problem is only limited items through room service and more elaborate items through Disney Florist (more custom)!

I wonder if the problem is only limited items through room service and more elaborate items through Disney Florist (more custom)!

Here was my recent experience: I emailed IPO to let them know it will be my son's 11th birthday during our trip. I asked if we could get a cake and balloons delivered to the room. Their response was that they'd be happy to get a cake, but for the balloons I'd need to contact Disney Florist. They were very helpful about the cake, gave me a list of sizes/flavors to choose from and even had me give them a time I'd like it delivered - made it so easy

But my point is, I agree that maybe they only have certain things available to them - such as the list of food items they gave you, or birthday cakes; but don't have access to balloons or other items

The number I have is 1-407-824-2000. I have been told that this is really a central call centre (although the person who answers the phone says Polynesian Resort), but I'm sure they can transer a call through to a guest's room like any other hotel.

I wish I could get on here at night while Im there but I do not have a laptop. I have been really wanting to get one but I may have to wait until I get back to let you know how my first trip to the Poly went !

I remember my last trip July 2011, I thought how lucky I was, everyones "ticker jealous" and I felt sad for all the poor folks just happy to be under double digits, guess what, I'm not even one of those people (LOL), I'm triple digits..... I guess everyday is closer than yesterday.LOL!
