So, I guess you received the correct information. They made you do check-in out front at the online check-in line rather than your personal check-in? I had heard that you shouldn't do online check-in if staying CL, now we know the reason.

but this time we're booked in a garden view (sniff, sniff) Actually, I'm very happy to be there, the resort is beautiful and gv will be fine! It's just hard to go back after staying CL, it spoils you!! lol

Life is always so much easier when planning a Disney vacation. We had a wonderful trip in Colorado and was I sad to come home to reality 
It could not have come at a worse time but I am so happy they finally sold. Now it has been a mad scramble to find a new, smaller place and we need to get their house of 30+ years packed up 
It has been hard to feel sorry for myself with all this going on 
I have already contacted my travel agent but she may have gone out of business because of my craziness 
To think we originally had three trips planned for this year and are not even going on one! I still hang on a little hope that we may be able to take a small trip in late Oct/Nov but I have no idea what the next few months will bring for us so I am not making any bets! In anycase...I made myself some tickers 
I promise to be more active once life settles down a bit. 
I look forward to it! Please say hello if you see me and I will do likewise.
We have a few dining reservations at the Poly, plus DD has two stays scheduled at the Neverland Club. Perhaps we'll run into each other.

I have to admit, after we cancelled our trip and I saw the credit on our credit card (we had already paid it in full) I just about bust into tears
So today my wonderful DH and I had some alone time to talk and he told me to go ahead and book for spring 2011 and plan for Disney's new Hawaii resort in the summer of 2012 to celebrate my 40th! I am over the moon excited

He's doing well considering what he went through. He's expected to make a full recovery, but it will take a while. He has quit smoking, and we're eating a much healthier diet now. In 4 weeks when we get to WDW, we'll have to be careful when we dine at our favorite places. And we'll probably split a lot of our favorites, such as Tonga Toast (his favorite) and the pineapple macadamia pancakes (my favorite). LOL I just can't wait to get there and escape the real world for a few days. LOL

WooHoo!! Just got of the phone with the most helpful CM...he helped me add on the vacation insurance (you can never be to sure in Sept with all those hurricanes) and he helped me add on the DDP to my Poly CL...
I know im worried about it being too much food but the few ressies we do have are all signature dining so hopefully we wont be too stuffed by the end of the week...either that or hubby will be wheeling me out of the CL lounge
