Aloha!!!! More pictures added to the link!

thanks everybody.
We did this on our 10th Anniversary its on Oahu, thats Diamond Head in the background. This is over by a town called Hawaii Kai just East of Waikiki.

Congrats Catsrule! If youre renewing your vows and still looking for a minister I would really recommend Rev Kermit ( yes thats really his first name) he made the day so special for us! Hes probably the most laid back man Ive ever met lol. He said a Hawaiian prayer over us and gave us a Hawaiian blessing. It was just MAGICAL!

After the ceremony we went to Roys for dinner, if youve never been to one and have the chance GO!! It was so romantic and beautiful and the food was to DIE FOR!!!

I couldnt believe the service too! Wow!

Truly an amazing experience.

Im picking up the underwater cameras in a bit from when we went snorkeling so if they turn out at all Ill post those later.

The digital havent been uploaded yet so I need to get on that. Weve got some great ones of dolphins on there and some whales too.

Hi karen! :) we got in yesterday and I was doing fine until this morning... now I want to pass out! UGH
SERIOUS jet lag!

Welcome home, I'm jealous. ;)

Sounds like you had a great trip, though, and I'm anxious for more pictures. :D After you sleep, of course. :)

Thanks for sharing the pics! After Alaska this summer (enjoyed those pics, too!), DH and I are thinking about Hawaii for next summer--2005. This makes me want to go ahead and book it!

Welcome back Binny. I love Hawaii Kai. We often stop there on the way to Hanauma Bay. Actually got stuck in a downpour in June while on mopeds and had to stop and take refuge there.

Glad you had a great trip.

Welcome back, Aloha.:) I don't think I've seen your pic before, Binny. You have a very nice smile.:)

I loved the pics. I can't wait until our trip this summer. I also can't wait to eat at Roys; one of my favorite places.

Oh, binny! What beautiful pictures! You and your husband look so happy during your ceremony. So glad you had a nice trip--may you and dh have many more wonderful years together!:bride: :groom:

Congrats on your vow renewal! You two are the cutest couple!
Your pics are great! Isn't snorkling the best! I just loved it!

Thanks for sharing!

ok Last round of photos will be on the site in about 10 minutes ( I hope )

Im uploading the digital pictures now so you can see more, its going to take a while, there were 61 that I thought were pretty good and not repeats lol

I took hundreds of photos while we were there so I guess 61 isnt too bad

Heres a mini trip report for those asking for more detail lol.

We did the circle Island tour on our own, we drove completely around Oahu well as much as you can drive around Oahu, went to the North Shore Pipeline to watch the surfers, there were 30 ft swells there so that was pretty amazing to watch! Pretty scary too the coast guard helicopter was very busy! Also accidently found ourselves on a Marine base

We went to the Dole Pineapple Plantation that was fun. Nothing like fresh Pineapple! We went to Pearl Harbour, that was really amazing! It just never to ceases to amaze me though, the people who just dont "get it". Its such a sacred place and some people just dont understand that I guess. It was just a few though the majority were respectful.
I come from a Military family, both Grandfathers fought in WW2, one in the South Pacific and one at the White House in the Honour Guard. It really means a lot to me to be able to go and pay tribute to the fallen.

Then we met up with RKCWell and her dd for lunch and had a wonderful time! What a blast! They were wonderful hostesses
THank you again for the gifts! I have the candle burning now

Anyway, we puttered around Waikiki for a few days too and did some shopping of course.

Then we went to Kauai for 4 days. The hotel was to DIE FOR!! OMGosh it was beautiful!
We drove around the Island for a while, went snorkeling ( that was the BEST!) and just were quiet for a while. It was great end to our Holiday!

So thats a short trip report. LOL I dont have the energy to write any more out.

Last bump I promise :) lol
