I didn't lose 5 for 5 in July. I lost 0. But August is off to a fabulous start. I had lost one pound in the first couple days but it was back again a day or two later.

I normally weigh myself in the morning, but today I stepped on the scale when we got home from work and grocery shopping. I was a solid 150 lbs! If that's my weight late in the afternoon it could only mean that it will be lower in the morning (as it typically has been since I started weighing myself). :Pinkbounc

This is my progress since I started the Walking to Disney Challenge.

3/7/2005 159lbs.
5/28/2005 157lbs.
5/31/2005 157lbs.

Then I started using the kraftfoods.com Healthy Living Meal plan and was more conscious of my calorie intake. I try keep my caloric intake at about 1500 a day now and stopped shopping for frozen prepared foods...those heat and eat entrees from Stouffers and En Cor are a thing of our past. I don't follow the menus specifically like I did the first few weeks, but I've learned what types and how much of different foods I should be eating. I still enjoy some of my favorite fast food and treats, just small portions and trade off with other meals and snacks to keep the balance.
Look at my progress... :cool1:

6/4/2005 156lbs.
6/11/2005 154lbs.
6/15/2005 153lbs.
6/21/2005 153lbs.
6/30/2005 153lbs.
7/9/2005 152lbs.
8/2/2005 151lbs.
8/5/2005 150lbs.
