We are staying at POP in September. It is almost time to start making ADRs.
I have been changing the list everyday... Going crazy:confused3

We have a DS who will be 3 1/2 and a DD who will be 2 1/2 when we go.
So far we are doing:
Chef Mickey, Crystal Palace, Playhouse Disney D&V for lunch, LTT Character Dinner... 3 more to use... Having Breakfast in the room... So looking for lunches and/or dinners.

Do you think the Hoop Dee Doo is a good idea with the little one's and worth using two meals or should we do two more dinners instead???
What about a Fantasmic Dinner Package? D&V or MM
What is your favorite Character Dining Place ???
What is your favorite place to eat???

Any suggestion would be great... THANKS...

Your ADRs look great! I can share with you our thinking/experiences- We're going in July with DD who'll be 3- she loves playhouse disney (especially Jojo,Little Einstein and Tigger and Pooh)and is a Cinderella fanatic so in addition to lunch at H&V, and dinner at Crystal Palace we're also doing Cinderella's Royal Table and the Whispering Canyon Cafe (for a fun atmosphere). Our DD gets grumpy in the evening so we decided not to do a Fantasmic package -but I've done it before with DH and we chose MM which had good food that time but slow service
This trip in July will be our first w/a child but in the past DH and I loved Kona Cafe and California Grill

We are going in Sept too! We are going to try a bunch of new places this time, but I can tell you some places we went our last two trips.........

We loved: Le Cellier, Coral Reef, Kona, O'Hanas, Hoop Dee Doo Revue, and Crystal Palace. We ate all these for dinner.

With your kids being that young, I would not do Hoop Dee Doo Revue. I think the adults would enjoy it, but probably not the kids. Just my opinion.

Also, we did Mama Melrose Fantasmic package and did not care for the food at all. I would not recommend it. Plus, going in Sept, you probably do not need the reserved seating for Fantasmic.

I 2nd the HDDR advice...the kids are a bit too young. What about CRT instead, which is also a 2 TS meal. We figure that we leave early on day 7 so we have an "extra" TS. We are going in Aug with DS 4 and DS 23 months. We chose the following TS: Dinner: CRT, Ohana's and Coral Reef
Lunch: 50's Prime Time Diner Breakfast: Crystal Palace, Tusker House
Hmmm...I am missing 1 adr...I have to check my list upstairs but DS is sleeping:)
We planned our character buffets for the latest sittings too...more like a brunch:)
FYI, I called at 7 am the morning of my 180 day...no problem making any ADR's within 10 mintues of what we hoped for. Be sure to have your reservation number ready and a credit card to hold the CRT if you choose to book there.
HAVE FUN!

We did HDDR last year and I have to say that it really wasn't worth it at all. We will not be doing it again. I did my ADR's this morning. I would suggest to you that even though it's more economical to use your credits for dinners...at that age, they aren't always "happy" at Dinner time. It's usually be a very long day (even with naps...in fact, sometimes after napping it's worse because you have to wake them up to get ready for dinner). I would suggest varying your sit down meal times.

We are doing:
Boma Dinner
Chef Mickey's Breakfast
1900 Park Fare Dinner
Tusker House for Lunch
O'Hana's for Dinner
BBB and CRT breakfast
Akershus Breakfast
Le Cellier Dinner
