When I called DCL to note an allergy, I asked about this. The CM told me to please let her write down that I needed non-dairy milk, because while they usually have some, they will make sure they do and also have more of it during a specific cruise if people request it. So if it's important to you, I recommend letting them know.

This goes for any allergy which requires different food. I was on a RCCL cruise 2 summers ago, and midway through they started running out of gluten-free bread and things because many more people were eating gluten-free than had notified them they were allergic or celiac. Thankfully we overnighted in Venice where they have a distributor because they have some cruises that depart from there and they were able to restock. Yes, they order a small percentage over the number reported, but yes, PLEASE notify them so they can come much closer to having adequate amounts on board.

No.

However, Dole Whip is available which by ingredient is dairy-free. Always check though since preparation can introduce cross contamination.

The dairy-free ice cream is at the back of Cabana's, back there where the specialty desserts are behind the glass case. You have to ask a CM for it, you can't serve yourself.

I have a friend who is cruising soon and she asked me if DCL had almond milk. I immediately thought of someone who would have a picture to show her. Thanks PrincessShmoo for always sharing your pictures!

I went to a coffee shop to get a latte, and they were out of cow's milk. So I decided to try Almond Milk. OMG, it was great!
