I did this trial. The trial is just a sample and does not need to be returned. The destruction fee applies only to the regular trimester shipments after the free trial is over. The terms mention a $35 fee will be imposed for duplicate free trial orders from the same household.
Included in my sample a was packing slip with log-in information to cancel online. It was simple and they also sent me an e-mail confirming my cancellation.
