AllStarSports $61 over Thanksgiving!

I just booked my vacation through WDW reservations with my AAA discount for only $61!! I called two of my friends and they got the same great rate.

We are going at Thanksgiving too. Right now I have the Sheraton Safari booked for $49, but I am tempted to do the All Stars for $61. I don't know ... We will have a car and we've been 2 times before this year, so staying on site isn't necessary to us, but maybe I am making a mistake.

I just wish AP rates would come out.

Did anyone else see an ad for $49.00 for value resorts in the Florida papers? I just now remembered that I saw it when I was in St. Pete but I don't have the specifics on dates. I do remember checking to see if it was only for Florida residents and the ad didn't say anything about that. Maybe this will help someone . It doesn't hurt to ask. The paper I saw the ad in was on August 17.

Also staying thanksgiving at value resort. I booked a AAA room and got a 69 rate. Should I call back in and ask for a lower rate?
