Let me keep it short and simple....the ONLY problem DH and I had while we stayed there was the bus to the AK. It took 30 minutes to arrive, but luckily for us we were out there at about 7:30 which allowed us to make it to our 8:30 PS at the RFC just in the knick of time. 
We were in the Calypso building on the parking lot side and the noise was no problem at all. I only heard the flushing of toilets once or twice and it didn't phase me a bit. It was a grand place to stay and DH and I will be doing it again on our next visit.
