Allowed or not allowed?

So I've sorta skimmed through this thread cause I too was curious as to whether or not I could take a toaster when we arrive next September. We live in Miami so driving up we tend to take a lot of stuff, comforts of home and all. We booked a family suite at AoA, which has a kitchenette with a microwave but not toaster. I called today and the CM I spoke to said a toaster is ok to have in the room as long as it is unplugged when not in use.

When you call the resort, you get a call center that identifies itself as the resort. So you might have gotten your answer from someone in Topeka or Tampa.

So, should I count on it not being allowed? There isn't really a definitive answer on here and apparently going to the source doesn't do it either.

Basically, if it isn't already there, it isn't supposed to be there.

Yeah I knew about the one(s) in the food court but I guess I'm just lazy/want to save time and would like to pop in a few bagels while Im getting ready and eat in peace and not have to wait to get dressed to go there and back yada yada. I guess no one can quote a source that confirms its prohibited though?

We always take a toaster for pop tarts and have never had any problems. We just don't leave it plugged in.
