Just wanted to sing some praises to Allegiant Air from Lexington, KY to MCO. Unfortunately they are discontinuing this route late January and changing to the other Orlando airport BUMMER!!!

Our flights left within a few minutes of their posted time.

We arrived on time or early.

The seats were roomy and comfy.

Everyone was nice, but I didn't need any assistance either.

We didn't pay any extra $$ for priority boarding or picking our seat and we were seated together every time.

Smooth flights.

You can check 1 carry on size bag for FREE!!! Loved that for sure!!

You save 10% for going to the airport to book.

It was $170. for 2 people round trip. Can't beat that for sure.

Same here. They're changing their nonstop flights from Huntington, WV to Sanford instead of MCO. DH won't even consider this as we could not use DME.

I think all of the Allegiant flights will be going to Sanford Airport. That's where they started before some of the flights moved to MCO. It's probably cheaper to land in Sanford.

Sanford is really so much easier to get into and out of than MCO, so it really doesn't take that much longer to get to Disney from there. Easy drive down, only down side is car rentals are higher there.
