Anybody know when Allegiant Air will be extending their schedule past 3/8/11??? Really trying to decide whether to book for Dec or wait and see what kind of rates they will have late March.

There have been posts lately where they have had schedule changes after they starting booking dates, so perhaps they are not releasing them as early. That can be a major problem considering they do not operate daily flights from most cities. For example, one poster's flight got changed from Sunday to Monday.

I spoke with an Allegiant representative two days ago using their online chat feature. The representative said Allegiant typically schedules its flights roughly four to eight months in advance. I was specifically asking for early May 2011 dates, and she indicated those dates should be viewable by the end of November.

I would imagine they would not give you a hard-and-fast answer, but you could always access the chat feature and ask about late March. In either case I would expect them to be viewable before too long.
