Allegiant Air baggage ?

I'm looking at a flight on Allegiant out of ABE and when I go to the prepaid baggage form it charges $40 a bag. If you look at the FAQ on the site or even click on the baggage policy right next to the $40 charge it states prepaid baggage fees as $15-20 for the first bag, or $35 if you pay at the gate. Did they raise the price and not update the policy on the website or am I missing something? TIA!
