Ok, I know the measurements, 9H" x 14"W x 22" D
How sticky are they with carry on baggage? MY carry on, that I love, has a laptop spot and and everything, is measuring 9.5" inches high, and the depth is right at 22 if I don't overstuff it, will they let it go through! It eliminates me from having to bring my laptop bag, and a carry on that way! Anyone know how sticky it will be? I don't want to take a chance and have to pay $35.00 for a checked bag because of it! My gut is telling me to just do the carry on and laptop, but thought I would ask, just in case!

We flew them this past summer to Myrtle Beach, and they were really strict on their carry ons. I saw them make several people ahead of me pay for a checked bag for an oversize carry on, and I didn't think their carry ons looked large.

I flew them in July and December 2011 from Arkansas and they were fine and my bag is bigger than the one your describing. But it could depend on the agent at the booking desk as well. As long as it fits in the over head or under the seat in foront of you they have always let me carry on.
Have Fun!!

This is from their site so you should be good:

Carry-on bags must comply with the following baggage regulations:

1.Each e-ticketed passenger is allowed to carry on the aircraft one bag plus one personal item.
2.The exterior dimensions for a carry-on bag must not exceed 9" H x 14" W x 22" D. This measurement includes wheels, pockets, handles and decorations.
3.The bag must be able to fit under your seat or in the overhead compartment.

I think it really boils down to the agent who checks you in because I saw some agents being really strict and making customers check the bag while we saw others get through without even measuring the bag and we wondering how they managed that! The policy is not enforced consistently I would say.

Thanks everyone, I think to be on the safe side, I will take a smaller carry on! I know they have taken the flight off there website, so I am assuming it is full. Which in terms to me means that they may be strict with baggage weights and so on! I am sad though, as I bought this carry on specifically for flying because it says it is carry on size. I am assuming maybe allegiant has a smaller policy being they are a smaller plane! Oh well, there is always next time! LOL
