What is the lastest on these passes? Cancelled forever? Coming back? Can they be purchased online? A person here named Phamton ( I remember him/her from last year) may know the latest on this, and I hope he is still here on these boards.

Sorry if I missed the latest on this passes maybe a link to read more info?

It's still available. I'll see if I can find the other thread with all the info.

Found it: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?p=10834687

The date someone posted info on this link was macraven 12-18-05 I hope that new year does not mean new changes!

i'm crossing my fingers and eyes that it will be available in october when i go

Just curious...those of you who have utilized this option in the past - do you feel like it's a good deal and how's the food?

Husband and I got our feet wet at Universal / IOA in October (HHN was a blast!) and we're headed back in May for a 4-day weekend. This sounds like it could be a good option for those days we're at the parks but I'd be interested to hear about other peoples experiences using them.

Thanks!

B.

there is an older thread on this forum and i think it is titled all you can eat. or something like that.
check out page 2 or 3 to see if it is there.

some people posted on how much they liked the program. some posted on what they didn't like. i think that complaint was that the resturants closed prior to park closing.....maybe it was a 60 minute or 45 minute closing prior to the park. i just don't remember on that one. so, not to start wrong informantion on that, please look up the previous thread.

i would list the thread here but i am not computer savy like most of you are.

one tip i can give ypu is, buy the refillable mug or bring back one you had purchased on a prior visit. you can refill it for about 1.25 i believe (last years prices i am going on here) and if you have the aaa/ap/fan club card/mc you will get a 10% on the beverage.

beverages are not included on the all you can eat meal deal.

Its not a bad deal, especially if you plan on spending a long day at both parks. The price is good for only one park, but if you have the 2 park or AP tickets, then you can just go back to whichever park you buy the all you can eat at when you're hungry. I recommend IOA, they have resturants with a larger variety than USF does.

i used to think that evil one, but really do enjoy finnegans a lot....i ate there 3 times last year.

richters is good , they practically only have burgers and chicken sandwiches thought.

i don't like everything at int'l food film festival but the fried chicken section

i know only int. f.f.f. is included in the all you can eat deal.

so for the listings of the 3 resturants at both parks, i would have to agree that ioa would have the preferred food.

Thanks to ALL of you for the great info on these.
I have one last question.

I know some of U get excellent discounts with the AP, so If I buy the AP do I get a discount for these "All You Can Eat" passes?
Yes?
No?
:confused3

I believe you get the standard 10% on it. I could be wrong, but I think it ends up being less than $20 bucks if you use your AP.

You do not get a discount on all you can eat with your annual pass. Most things you do get a discount but all you can eat and the express passes are two things that you don't get a discount with.

if you buy the wristband for all you can eat program, be sure to find out early what time the resturants close.......

on a previous thread, there were some complaints that a few of the listed resturants closed either 45 minutes or 60 minutes before the park closed.

so, if you buy into the program, know what time the resturants close so you will know when the last time you can go for that last bite to eat.

if you don't , you might be surprised if you go to one of the 6 resturants 15 minutes before park closing and find out it is not available for you.

Okay thanks 4 the answer.
I STILL have not found a reason for me to buy the AP yet!

I hope to remember asking the cashier the million dollar question before ordering my all U can eat passes. :confused3

Ines248 "What time the restaurants included in the all you can eat pass closes TODAY?" :hyper2:

Also write down cashiers name behind the receipt for insurance.I read somewhere here the cashier gave wrong color to the buyer and he/she did not have his/her receipt :genie:

when you go, take any refillable cup you bought from universal and just pay

the 1.25 for the refill on the beverage.

use your AAA or magic orlando card for the 10% discount for the beverage

don't have a reillable cup??? buy one at universal and use it during your stay.

the cups program has not expired. my dueling dragon ice mug is still valid for the refills.

beverages are not included in the all you can eat meal program

I know me and family are a pain in the B---t. Most of my family don`t drink soda, they only drink any juice, lemonade, and water.

I don`t have a refillable cup, and will only buy them if they still refill them with lemonade, juice or blueberry?/strawberry?/red iced?.(don`t know the name the one they sell at AMC theaters comes in two colors red or blue.)

i don't know about the lemonade or juice refills.

if i have a cup, its either coffee or coke that i put in it..........

call universal and find out if you can do refills with beverages that are not soda.

ask any question, i don't know if i have the answer, but i will try my best to find out.

I will ask for lemonade refill or any juice flavor refill BEFORE I buy the refillable cup. If not, I can buy bottled water for that day. And next time I go to the park, and after I find they sell no juice or lemonade I will bring my own water. Thanks Macraven
