What's your favorite character meal at WDW of all time? This includes not only the ones that exist now, but also the ones that have been discontinued, and there are so many of those-like Hollywood & Vine, Artist's Point, Olivia's, Coral Reef, etc., ETC. I'll go first- our all time favorite is Minnie's Menehune at Papete Bay Verandah at Polynesian (it was a big buffet at, I think, is now Ohana's)

LTT at MK this trip. Far and away the best food I have ever had at a character dinner. (I do wish Goofy was still there, though)

Blessings :)

Has to be LTT ~ A must do for us every trip.

Chef Mickey's is the place to go, we will go each time! But, we are doing CRT this summer, so we will have to see!

Ours has to be Crystal Palace for breakfast. The food is always wonderful & the characters are some of our favorites, too! :) This is a must do for us every trip & we even do dinner there now, too!

Our 2nd favorite used to be Hollywood & Vine for an early lunch at MGM. The food was always hot & tasty, the dessert bar was great & the characters were so much fun in their "Hollywood" clothing with their performances every so often. :(

Crystal Palace breakfast!!!! Chef Mickey's breakfast is a very close second :teeth:

1900 Park Fare for breakfast. :)

In October we will be trying Crystal Palace, LTT, and Chef Mickey's so I might change my mind. :)

Our all-time favorite was Sound Stage at MGM. 1997, DD's 1st visit (3 at the time). We weren't even looking for a character meal, just wanted a quick bite to eat. When we saw what was going on inside, that was the place for us!! Many different characters and they had an area where the characters would take the kids to dance. Hunchback took Tori on the floor to dance and she had the time of her little life!!! We went a 2nd time with PS; but on our next visit, it was gone :(

Our 2nd favorite is Chef Mickey's where we'll be in 3 weeks!!! :D

Crystal Palace for lunch and Chef Mickeys for dinner are my fav's. I can't decide which is my favorite of the two........ they are both sooooo great.

I really liked the Soundstage too. I remember when it was a counter service restaurant and you could just go in for a snack and meet the characters. I really liked it when it was Beauty and the Beast-themed and they had it decorated like Belle's Village and the Beast's castle. I just think the picture of have of me with Belle stanginf front of the sign that says "The West Wing" is great. Cinderella's is close too.

Crystal Palace is my favorite breakfast - the absolute best food!

1900 Park Fare for both breakfast and dinner is a close 2nd.

Goofys Kitchen by far was the best but that was in DL.

In WDW it would be Minnines Menehune Breakfast at the Poly.

It's been a while since I was at WDW, but the last time I was there, my parents took us to a character breakfast at a restaurant that was either on a river/lake/lagoon or actually on a boat. I seem to remember seeing a big riverboat paddle from the window of the restaurant. Any ideas which one this was?

Garden Grill for me excellent food, service and character interaction. We go there without fail every time we go to Disney.

I have two favorites from the past which I think have more to do with memories than anything else....

The first one being Olivia's, where on my honeymoon, Tigger was so excited to see me in my bright orange shirt, that I decided to leave my husband and danced the morning away with Tigger! I thought it was a nice, quieter spot to share a character breakfast ...with great food, too!

The second one would be the Winnie the Pooh breakfast at Artist Point. Wonderful interaction, wonderful food, and as we were leaving and walking towards the main entrance of the hotel, I looked up to see my son walking hand in hand with Pooh over the bridge in the lobby. One of my very favorite "melt Mommy's heart" moments.

our all time favorite character meal was the Melvin the Moose breakfast at trails end.....i wish they'd bring it back....it was so much fun....

It's so hard to pick between Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace but if I could only do one, it would be Chef Micikey's.
