I don't think they have ever release their maintence fees on the website. In around a month you will get a notice from them-it might be sooner.

I think I remember reading somewhere that this years meetings about MF is Dec 1st and 2nd or Nov 30th and Dec 1st. Two days anyway and one of them is Dec 1st!

I think they are.

they start at 6 points per night and go up.

that is $60 ($10 per point is what most DVC member value their points) per night - you can probably get a better rate paying cash.
